Delivery and Payment

DELIVERY INFORMATION

We offer free shipping to a collection point on orders over 100 euros.
For orders below this amount, shipping costs are €4.90 to a collection point and €5.90 for home delivery.

DELIVERY TIME

The delivery time is 2 to 4 working days and is provided by PostNL, Point Relais, or DHL.
You can choose delivery to a collection point or home delivery.

If you order on a working day before 11:00, your order will be shipped the same day.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Reliefr accepts payment with VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Klarna, PayPal, iDEAL, and Bancontact.
Payment will only be debited from your account when the order is shipped.
All amounts are in euros and include VAT.

RESERVATION OF THE AMOUNT

If you pay with an international payment card, the amount will be reserved immediately.
The amount will remain reserved on your card or account until

  1. We debit the amount when the order is shipped or

  2. The amount will be released accordance with the agreements with your card issuer.

We do not charge card fees.
